George K. Rosenstock graduated from City College of New York in 1971, after attending the Juilliard School of Music, majoring in Piano and composition from 1965 to 1968, and winning the Trouper’s Scholarship in Piano 1966 and 1967, before going on to the Case Western Reserve University Law School where he was a member of the National Moot Court Team and published in the Law Review, receiving his Juris Doctor degree in 1974. Mr. Rosenstock is a member of the Ohio, California and New York Bars.

After devoting years to public service in New York and Los Angeles as a Special Attorney to the United States Justice Department, Organized Crime Strike Force, and Senior Assistant District Attorney in the Homicide Bureau of the Kings County (Brooklyn) District Attorney’s Office, handling over 50 major state and federal criminal trials, including a criminal prosecution of a Chicago-based organized crime syndicate for loan sharking under the RICO statute, Mr. Rosenstock joined the prestigious California law firm of Lillick McHose & Charles (now Pillsbury Winthrop, one of the largest law firms in the United States). During years with the Lillick/Pillsbury firm, Mr. Rosenstock’s trial experience was utilized in the Business Litigation and Creditor’s Rights Departments where he tried complex business litigation, intellectual property (patent and copyright infringement), securities and bankruptcy matters.

Mr. Rosenstock joins the firm of Yuhl Stoner Carr LLP as a first tier trial attorney with a broad range of experience.

Mr. Rosenstock is the proud father of a “Banana Slug” baseball player, an avid devotee of classical music, marathoning, golf and chess and resides in Glendale, California.
