Okura v. Richard Carreau, Egg City et al.

Mr. Stoner was part of the trial team that obtained a $23 million verdict on the counter-complaint filed as part of the successful defense of a $50 million dollar pre-emptory complaint. The client, Okura, was the "time plaintiff" but Carreau had won the race to the courthouse and was the plaintiff. No money was awarded on Carreau's Complaint and a $23 million verdict was entered in favor of Okura.
